Because not every object in a home needs a job.

Some corners of a home aren't for anything in particular.

They are a small surface set aside for the objects that mark the end of a day: a lit candle, a box that holds nothing essential but holds it carefully, a figure that keeps quiet watch.

Lotus tea-light holders in green, pink and yellow, cut-crystal candle holders, lidded boxes in glazed ceramic and gold metal, and faux-leather trays to hold it all together. A few quiet companions: gold animal figures, leopard bookends, a resin horse.

Every piece is sized for a shelf, a console or a bedside table that exists mostly to be looked at in the evening.
