    Care Instructions: Hand wash recommended in warm water with a mild detergent. Avoid sudden temperature changes (such as moving from freezer to oven), which can stress the glaze. Dry thoroughly before storing. Microwave and dishwasher safety have not been confirmed by the vendor — hand washing is advised until confirmed.

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 pm are generally dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next business day. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch, and a little longer for smaller towns and remote areas.

    Free shipping across India on orders of ₹1,499 and above. A ₹249 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹1,499.

    DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

    Please write to us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number, photographs of the item and its packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, refund or another appropriate remedy, and any return pickup is at no cost to you.

    RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS

    Change-of-mind returns are not automatic. Please write to us within 5 days of delivery, as requests are reviewed individually. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with tags intact. Approved returns are settled as store credit, less a ₹300 return fee. Glassware, ceramics and other fragile items are not eligible. Sale items, marked-down purchases and orders using promotional discount codes are also not eligible, except for our first-order welcome offer.
